Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Digital Health Card account and associated data. Please read this page before submitting your request.

1. Request account deletion

Enter the mobile number registered with your Digital Health Card account and submit the request.

2. What gets deleted

  • Your account profile, name, mobile number and email address.
  • Your digital health card and the health records uploaded to it.
  • Linked family members and app preferences.

3. How it works

After you submit the request we verify that the number belongs to you and confirm by email or phone. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification. You can cancel the request by contacting us before it is completed.

4. Records we are required to keep

Invoices and payment transaction records are kept for the period required under Indian tax law, after which they are deleted. These records are not used for any other purpose.
